REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available for any errors made by us or faulty product. A change of mind or unused/unwanted products do not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at info@popculturepopcorn.com.au if you need a refund.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION AND WHAT DO WE DO WITH IT? 


When you purchase something from our online store, all the information you provide to us at check out, is collected and stored in our secure checkout system on our website (which is operated and governed by Wix.com). We use a reputable third-party payment gateways called Stripe to collect payment information.


If you provide us with your email address, this will be used for general email marketing and is NOT given out to any one outside of our organisation. Email marketing will be used to inform you of discounts, new products and other updates. You may opt out of email marketing at any time. 

OUR WEBSITE

Our online store is hosted by Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through their safe and secure data storage system, their databases and the general wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENTS


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.


All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
